My Method for Selling Your Home

Correct Pricing

This is of the most importance in the home selling process. It is an area that I can provide a client invaluable information on so that they don't leave money on the table, and also don't overprice and have a home that sits for months and months with no offers. You may have visited some online pricing sites, and they are a good starting point, but they are not able to consider the nuances of our local market and your home in particular. I have sold homes throughout the Fresno/Clovis area and am constantly providing pricing opinions for clients and banks. I have my finger on the pulse of what is happening in the market. All said, I will help you correctly price your home to get it sold in a timely manner and maximize its' full dollar potential.

Curb Appeal

How best to show your home and help potential buyers envision themselves living there is another way I am able to help. When I list your home we will look at curb appeal, de-cluttering, and staging in order to maximize the price you will get for your home. If you property warrants it, we can employ a professional staging company to fully develop your home's appeal.

Comprehensive Marketing

Most agents only rely on the Multiple Listing Service as their marketing tool. Again, a great starting point. There are only a handful of individual agents who have invested personally in internet exposure at the level I have. My marketing team is constantly searching new on-line avenues for property exposure. Because of this my listings have as much or more exposure than most every other brokerage in town. Other ways I market include:

  1. Signage, I am affiliated with one of the most recognized names in the area.
  2. Marketing photos that show your home to its best advantage.
  3. MLS exposure, still the most useful tool in selling a home.
  4. I advertise in the Fresno Bee and other local newspapers appropriate to your area.
  5. I have a steady stream of buyers that I can channel to your house.
  6. I participate in mailings to highlight your listing.
  7. I answer my phone or have an agent who will return calls in a timely fashion.
  8. I have a team around me, and I employ a marketing company, buyers agents, and closers.
